A Space for Healing and Awakening

Healing from the inside out - therapy that honors your soul.

Meet Marie Murphy, LPC in Denver and serving all of Colorado and Massachusetts, specializing in anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.

This space was created for those who long to heal not only the mind - but the heart, the body, and the soul.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, or simply sensing that something deeper is calling you, you are not alone. I offer a warm, grounded, and soul-centered approach to therapy that honors your unique path and inner wisdom.

I integrate traditional therapeutic practices with a spiritually attuned lens. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms like anxiety or stress, a soul-centered therapist helps you explore the why beneath the why - guiding you through inner conflicts, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection in a way that invites meaning, healing, and transformation. This is a space where the language of the psyche and the language of the soul are both welcome.

Whether you identify with a specific spiritual path or are simply exploring what spirituality means to you, our work will be guided by your beliefs, your experience, and your inner knowing.

Healing is not a straight line. It’s a spiral - a return to wholeness, again and again. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, presence, and trust in the deeper intelligence of your journey.

We’ll work well together if you…

  • Are awakening to a deeper sense of self and purpose

  • Crave a therapist who sees healing as a sacred process

  • Are exploring intuition, dreams, or synchronicities

  • Feel disconnected and want to reconnect - with yourself, others, or the soul

  • Are ready to face your shadow and reclaim your light

If this stirs something in you, that’s a sign you’re ready. I invite you to reach out and take the next step. Together we can create a space where your healing, transformation, and awakening can unfold.

How I work:

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that healing is a soul-full experience.

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal and spiritual. I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel anxiety, to search for meaning, and to wonder if anyone could truly understand what I was going through. Because of that, I hold space for my clients with deep presence, intuition, and care. I’m especially attuned to those who feel like outsiders in their own experience—those navigating spiritual questions, cultural transitions, or emotional depths that don’t fit into neat categories.

My work is shaped by Eastern philosophies, practices, and time spent living in Asia, all of which inform my holistic, soul-centered approach. I love working with people who are curious, open-hearted, and eager to deepen their understanding of themselves and the world. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface to uncover insight, healing, and a more connected way of living.

Clients often tell me they feel better after just one session—not because everything is “fixed,” but because they feel seen in a way they’re not used to. I’ll meet you with a calm presence, deep listening, and genuine curiosity. When you share something vulnerable, I reflect it back with care and acknowledgment, helping you feel safe and validated in your experience.

The space I create is warm, creative, and reflective—intentionally designed to support openness and ease. I don’t approach therapy as an “expert,” but as a thoughtful guide who gently helps you move toward deeper understanding.

My Guiding Principles…

  • I believe healing begins with being seen and understood—not with rushing to solve. My calm, intuitive presence invites you to feel safe, grounded, and emotionally held.

  • I honor your  inner experiences by reflecting them back with care and clarity, helping you feel acknowledged and less alone in what you’re carrying.

  • Rather than pushing or directing, I guide you inward—toward the deeper truths behind your struggles—with respect for your pace and readiness.

  • I create a reflective, cozy space that invites imagination, curiosity, and emotional exploration. Therapy with me is not just clinical—it’s sacred and soulful.

  • I integrate breathwork, visualization, and somatic wisdom to help you regulate and reconnect with yourself—not just intellectually, but physically and emotionally.

  • My own lived experiences have cultivated a global, spiritually open perspective. I hold space for you to  explore meaning, culture, identity, and belief with depth and care.
