Healing the space between you, beginning with the space within you.

  • Feel emotionally distant or misunderstood in your relationships

  • Know your partner and you are capable of communicating better

  • Silence yourself to keep the peace, but it leaves you feeling unseen

  • Repeat old patterns and don’t know how to stop

  • Are in transition - ending a relationship, beginning a new one, or healing from heartbreak

  • Crave deeper intimacy, but vulnerability feels overwhelming or unsafe

Relationships are one of the most profound mirrors of our inner life. Whether you’re navigating conflict with a partner, experiencing disconnection in a friendship, or feeling unseen within your family, these moments stir something deeper than just communication breakdowns - they awaken your longing for authentic connection.

You might be here because you:

Your relationship is not broken. It’s becoming.

And with the right support, it can become something more rooted, more honest, more soul-aligned than you ever imagined.

Let’s begin the work - together.

Sessions are not about who’s right, but what’s real. I hold space for both partners with equal care and curiosity. We’ll explore what each of you brings to the relationship - your histories, defenses, hopes and fears - and how to meet each other in a new way, one that honors your growth and the sacredness of your bond.

Whether you’re coming with a partner or alone, this work invites depth. We honor both the sacredness and the difficulty of being in relationship.

Things we can work on in Relationship Therapy:

  • Explore boundaries that honor both connection and individuality

  • Notice the deeper wounds and unmet needs driving your patterns

  • Identify the spiritual lessons present in your relational challenges

  • Slow down and truly listen - first to yourselves, then to each other

  • Rebuild trust through mindful, heart-led communication

  • Reconnect with your original “why” - the soul of your relationship

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to pause, feel, and listen - to yourself, to your heart, and to what’s been asking to heal.

Let’s begin now.

Change is possible.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

  • Not at all. While many couples come when things feel strained or overwhelming, others seek therapy as a way to deepen their connection, navigate transitions, or grow together more consciously. Soul-centered therapy honors both repair and renewal—it meets you wherever you are.

  • This is incredibly common, and it doesn’t mean therapy won’t work. Part of the process is creating a space where both people feel safe to show up in their own way. We’ll move gently, building trust and understanding without forcing vulnerability or pushing past natural limits.

  • This approach is spiritual in the sense that it honors your inner life, your values, and the deeper purpose behind your connection—but it is not tied to any specific religion or belief system. Whether you identify as spiritual, curious, or simply open-hearted, the work is grounded in presence, compassion, and meaning.

  • Yes. In fact, soul-centered therapy can be a powerful space to explore that question with clarity and care. Rather than rushing to a decision, we’ll slow down and listen to what each of you truly wants and needs—individually and as a couple.

  •  Every therapeutic experience is different. Soul-centered work focuses less on techniques and more on cultivating a safe, attuned relationship—between you and me, and between the two of you. Many couples find this depth-oriented approach brings new insight, especially when past therapy felt surface-level or overly structured.

  • Most couples begin with weekly or biweekly 60-minute sessions, though longer sessions may be available for deeper immersion. We’ll discuss what rhythm feels right for your unique situation, and adjust as needed over time.

  • Yes, I offer virtual sessions for couples who are in long-distance relationships or live in different cities. As long as you can be present together in a quiet, private space for your sessions, remote work can be just as powerful.

  • You do not have to show up with a partner to benefit from relationship therapy. All of us are in relationships that offer the opportunity for something better, whether they be family, work colleagues, or friends.
