Anxiety Therapy in Denver .
Support that is rooted in Soul and Self.
Online therapy across Colorado and Massachusetts for adults looking to explore and process the impacts of stress and anxiety on their lives.
For when the mind won’t slow down - but your soul is asking for something deeper.
Anxiety doesn’t always show up as panic. Sometimes it looks like being constantly in your head, always anticipating what could go wrong, or second guessing every decision - even the small ones. It can feel like a constant hum under everything: tight shoulders, restless sleep, a racing mind you can’t quiet.
And yet, despite how overwhelming it feels, you’ve learned to function. Maybe no one would even know how anxious you feel. But the cost is high: emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, disconnection from your body, your intuition, your creativity - and maybe even from who you really are.
Many of the clients I work with are sensitive, curious, and deeply self-aware. They’ve tried managing anxiety by staying busy, staying small, or staying silent. But at some point those strategies stop working - and something deeper calls for attention.
That’s where soul-centered therapy comes in.
What if anxiety is not just a problem to fix - but an invitation to listen?
Over time, you may begin to feel more present in your body, more in touch with your intuition, and more confident navigating uncertainty. You may still feel anxious at times - because you’re human - but it no longer has to run the show.
There’s a steadiness within you that’s waiting to be remembered.
In our work together, we’ll create a calm, reflective space where you can slow down and begin to hear what your anxiety is trying to tell you. We’ll approach it not as a flaw, but as a signal - one that’s often rooted in unmet needs, unprocessed emotions, or being out of alignment with what matters most to you.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
-
If anxiety is interfering with your ability to feel present, sleep well, make decisions, or feel like yourself, it’s enough. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin. Many of my clients are highly functional on the outside but exhausted or unsettled inside. Therapy offers a gentle space to tend to what’s going on beneath the surface.
-
My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit—not just thoughts or behaviors. We’ll slow down and listen deeply to what your anxiety is asking for. That may include breathwork, mindfulness, or somatic awareness to help shift the nervous system, as well as space to explore spiritual or existential questions if they arise.
-
Yes. Anxiety often lives in the body as much as in the mind. Together, we’ll use grounding and somatic practices to gently reconnect you to your body’s cues and help you feel more at ease, even when your mind is busy. You don’t have to live in a constant state of tension.
-
That’s very common. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. Our work is about getting curious—exploring where your anxiety might be rooted, and what might be ready to shift. Often, anxiety is less about a single “cause” and more about how your system has learned to cope in a fast, demanding world.
-
Only if it feels relevant or helpful for you. Some clients bring in spiritual questions, practices, or longings—others are simply looking for a calmer mind and more grounded self. I meet you where you are, whether that includes soul-level exploration or a focus on day-to-day tools for relief.
-
Many clients say they feel more calm, clear, and understood—even after the first few sessions. Over time, you may notice more space between anxious thoughts, a stronger connection to your body, and a growing sense of inner steadiness. You may not eliminate anxiety completely—but it will no longer define you.
